Urethane engine/tranny mounts (b5 A4 1.8TQ)--where to find???

I'm not aware of any a/m mounts as to what you're referring to. I've shopped around about a year ago, the only thing I found was Stasis makes solid mounts, but they don't stock them--if you call they'll make them, but it may take awhile....

iirc they are a direct swap and are stiffer than the 1.8 mounts.

ony one of them is different IIRC. One side shares a part number with the 1.8 ones

What about RS4 engine mounts?

IIRC, the 1.8T mounts are two different sizes, one is taller than the other, and the S4/2.8 mounts are the same height.

Not sure if the height difference means anything, I'm running S4/2.8 mounts now

and love it. It's a little softer than APRs, but absolutely no vibes whatsoever, and it fits with no grinding. I've also got the AWE DTS

Whatever you do, don't get the greedspeed, it's way too small.

There's still a little slop, but not enough to make me want to run solid mounts and live with a ton of vibration.
