Default what is involved in installing a new clutch?

I'm thinking about getting a new clutch so I can get better launches and to prepare my car for when I get a turbo upgrade. Actually I'm using it as motivation to get a new turbo but anyway...

What's involved in installing clutches? I want to do it myself so I can save on some money. It would make getting one a little more realistic. Thanks for any input.

i know it's much to ask, but would it be possible for a step by step guide? I've never changed a clutch before.

Default We suspect 6 hours? with cooling the exhaust down with a huge fan.

If we don't run into any problems when we pull the tranny out. If anything the 1.8T is easier.

The 2.8 required unbolting the downpipes. That's freaking hellish

Default 6 hours of working time with Jaime doing most of it. Less 'n three the second time(don't ask) with

each of us working on it.
