because he told me he would give me within the hour. but thats been already 2 days now, and he doesn't respond to my emails anymore.. and no tracking number...

Yeah, I got it after a couple days....
He's a little slow email wise.
My IC is sitting on my front porch waiting for me to get home, after a little mixup with FedEx (they couldn't read the address on the package)
