2018 and 2020 and up is easy to find. The 2019 I can't even find one in my area.

Wow, I looked on Auto Trader and only found 2 2019 Prestige models in the US (both orange btw)... One was priced almost 10% more than I paid new. Crazy market I guess.

There were very few US 2019 models made. They came out in August 2019 and Audi switched to the identical 2020 in September.

Spot on regarding almost no 2019 models were imported to the U.S. Also, preowned market usually shows a lot of inventory coming available for certain year Euro cars at the 3 & 4-year out points. Think lease turn-ins & such.

I found a CPO 2018 Q3 Sport Prem. quattro with under 18,500 miles it have the Convenience Package and MMI Navigation Plus Package. I emailed my sales manager to see what his working hours are for this week. I may purchase it this week if everything goes to plan.

When I decoded the VIN number it was manufacture Region/Plant is in Martorell, Spain. when I use another website to decode it was telling me it was made in Slovakia. Which one is correct?
The Vin: WA1ECCFS6JR019246

Spain. The 11th digit in the VIN is the plant code. 'R' in this case = Spain (Martorell)

That one looks nice, rare combination of the blue color and the rock-grey interior, with the two tone dash. The only thing it is missing, of consequence, is the side blind spot warning, which came standard on the Premium Plus trim level.
Good luck with it...and change the oil and filter every 5000 miles. Change the automatic transmission fluid and filter every 40,000 miles.
All Gen-1 Q3s were built in Spain.
The Gen-2 Q3 is built in Hungary, as I recall.

The dealership should be willing/eager to show you the maintenance records etc of the CPO. They may even supply a Carfax report, while the sites that give free reports show various levels of detail. The one at https://decode.youcanic.com/?vin=WA1ECCFS6JR019246

shows Spain, 2 sales, 18405 mi and a last selling price of $30999.

There is another one that they have. It's Prem Plus (VIN: WA1JCCFS7JR029184). I'm going to take a look at both of them tomorrow.

Depending on the dealer you need to be weary of all documentation shown, including carfax. I found things on our '18 after we bought it that didn't jive with the carfax info. Things such as oil wasn't changed (carfax maint report said it had been) but battery was changed (but wasn't listed). Just use your own eyes & knowledge of cars to verify what they claim.
