Thud sound when gear shifting from 6th to 7th to 8th gear

I got the same response. They let me drive a 2019 loaner they got and a 2022 brand new car. I saw the issue on 2022 model but not on 2019. I believe Audi should be involved in this. Also, when I called Audi, they said they would do a recall if more people drop a complaint with them directly and as of now they dont have any except mine which is weird, Dealerships are complete trash, even for minor fixes they say they need their service people trained from Audi. LOL. Never buy German!

Unfortunately, this has been my experience too. Sad because I've been a long time owner of Audi vehicles (b5 S4, b6 S4, b7 A4, b8 S4, Q5, Q3 etc). Their service and knowledge from their SA's and Tech's were much better years ago. Now it's essentially complete trash.
