Default 2011 S-line tires

So I purchased an 2011 Q5 P+ with the S-Line package and was told by the dealer it had on summer tires. However when I was checking the tires out, It had on the Pirelli Scorpion Verde tires, which are all season tires. So did Audi change there stock tires to all season instead of summer tires for the 2011 models?

Those are the tires I got on my car too. However I had purchased Conti DWS before hand as I expected summers too.

Reggie, Audi owes you something for publishing that mis-information, no?

I received my 2011 Q5 3.2 Premium (CDN model) with Sline in September and it came with the Bridgestone Dueler HP Sport summer-only tires. These are the Euro spec tires as they are W rated (168 MPH). Ride and handling (both wet and dry) is outstanding. Since we have snow in Ottawa for several months of the year I purchased 18" wheels and tires (Michelin Latitude Alpins) from Tire Rack.

That is exactly the tire that my 2010 has on it and I agree 100% - unbelievably good tire wet or dry, and extremely quiet and great wear too (so far - 10K miles). I'm glad I have them. For winter I bought 19" Hartmann TTRS replicas with Blizzaks from Achtuning & TireRack
