2013 Q5 2.0T vs 2015 Q5 3.0T
hey everyone new here and have been reading a bit but looking to get some opinions from some experts who have hopefully had a q5 long term. We need and SUV for family and I’ve longed for a German car.. currently I drive a modified 2015 WRX limited. I really like the styling of the q5 and plan to get an Audi car for myself in the future(suv will be my wives) my local Audi dealership currently has 2 Pre-Owned vehicles we are considering the first being a 2013 Q5 2.0 premium with 44k miles for 22500 and the second being a certified 2015 q5 3.0 premium plus with 33k miles for 32500. While both of these I consider pretty good pricing obviously very different 10k is a decent amount of money. Just curious to know if one would be a better car for the money or any difference in reliability for the different years/motors. I know there is a difference in power but not really concerned with that. I plan on buying an s6 within the next 2 years. Thanks

Its funny because I sold my Modded LGT and bought my 2016 Q5 2.0T as a family SUV and it will most likely become my wife's and I too will be getting a more sporty car. I would stay away from 2013 or below because of the oil consumption issues that were had early on. I personally would go for the newer model with the 3.0T the peep is nice (2.0T) is sluggish with a 4400lb SUV. and I believe you will have the face lift too being a 2015. it is suppose to have a better MMI and a few other bits. Also being certified with the 2015 is better too. ether way happy hunting and again welcome to the forum.
