Hello from the UK folks.
Recently purchased a 2014 Q5 s-line plus
Then engine management line is on
Plugged it in and comes up with error 'reductant heater b'
Took vehicle to Audi

They said 1 wire is cut and 1 is still looped around, therefore will be requiring a new ad blue line from the image to the back of the car underneath the tank (the third image)
In fashionable Audi style they want an arm and leg for this?

Does anyone have any images that show that wire is cut and not just excess wire hanging out. I dont understand why previous owner would have cut this.
Ideally I dont want to fork out so much to dealer. Any input much appreciated.
