BTW...doesn't WeatherGuard have a moneyback garauntee (sp). If you don't like em send em back. All I know is the loaner Q5 we got last year had the Audi matts and I thought they were minor league when compared to WeatherGuard. So I witnessed/used both in the course of two days. But lets be frank, I was biased a bit.

I am interested in anyone's used Audi OEM or WeatherTech's for my new Q5...please PM me with how much you are selling for. I am in NYC area
Bringing Audi to Life for Audi Fans
They all shrunk over time and were always slippery.
The last set I had in my A4 became stuck over my brake pedal after I was forced to brake hard to avoid an accident. I put them up for sale the day after.
IMO stick with the all-weather Audi mats.
I have the WeatherTech mats for my pickup. As I was rushing out of the driver's seat last week to catch the train for work, I almost fell flat on my face in the parking lot. Could've been disastrous had I not grabbed the grab-handle in time. I was wearing leather-soled shoes and they just had no traction on the weathertech mats. Maybe a different story on the Q5 if your left foot touches the ground before your butt comes off the seat, but I'm not 6'2 so I can't do that in my pickup.
