Audi Q5 Coolant leak from Coolant pipe/hose
Dear Members,
My Audi Q5 3.2 V6 2011 is leaking coolant fluid from the coolant pipe/hose. I have ordered the replacement part but it will take 20-30 days to arrive. Is it okay for me to keep topping up the coolant and resume driving (about 10kms a day) without worrying too much until the replacement arrives? Maybe some useful extra information: It is pretty cold where i live (-10 to 10 degrees Celsius currently).

Which coolant pipe / hose?
Are you talking about the big black radiator hose?
Depending on the split and the hole, it can get worse with pressure and quick.
Technically nothing is stopping you from driving and topping it up. but if it bursts completely you'll be in a world of trouble. So be careful.
External temp helps a little bit, but your engine will still get that water hot regardless of ambient temp.
