Audi Symphony III Radio Reset

Audi Symphony III Radio Reset
Hi,
Unfortunately, the radio (Audi Symphony III) of my Audi Q5 was faulty and I eventually decided to replace the radio with the used one.
I installed the used radio and everything works well except the system goes to protection mode and it blocks the sounds from the speaker. I assume I need to reset the Used radio and enter the code to unlock the radio.
I did some research and I found that all other radio models except mine. I don't know what combination of buttons I have to push to reset my Audi Symphony iii radio( picture attached).
I would really appreciate if you help me.

You need to visit your Audi dealer in order to remove Component Protection. There is a firmware parameter which is married to a different Vin car and to control units of other vehicle (most probably gateway)
Otherwise you need to remove the security chip from your old and replace to new, otherwise you need to replace hex values from old to new.
2nd method and 3rd way are difficult. You need special tools, I have not tried either. To conclude you need to book an appointment with your Audi dealer electricians, and they will hook up your Q5 to their online system and they will remove the component protection.
Good luck.
