Default bluetooth problems with iphone 3gs

HI All members,

Did any of you experienced disconnection of the iphone 3gs via bluetooth when either dialing a number to make a call? This happens once or twice and does not happen very often.

I have problems with my iphone 3G. Sometimes, when I get an incoming call, I can't hear anything and I cannot be heard on the other end even though the phone is connected. It only happends with incoming calls.

No problems on mine... Make sure you are updated with the most current software on your 3GS iphone.

This usually happens after upgrading the firmware on the iPhone. Doesn't matter from what to what. In this case you have to delete the pairing and re-pair again.

My buddy had issues after he jailbroke his phone. If you have jailbroken your iphone, convert it back to a non-jailbroken firmware to see if that fixes the issue.

I've always been using my iPhone jailbroken in my Q5...no issues related to that.

Cool, good to know. My buddy wasn't having an issue in the Q5, but in his Lexus.

No issues with dropped calls...but I have noticed that for incoming calls that I have to use the MMI **** to accept the call in order to get the audio to work. If I use the steering wheel control it tends to freeze, and I experience a similar situation to what was described in an earlier post. (The call appears to connect, but my iPhone keeps ringing as if no connection was made.)
