SQ5 is definitely "fun" but do not underestimate the "fun" of 428 ft-lbs of torque available to you and your throttle foot. Even post-DieselGate-fix, ours still runs very strong. A 1500+ mile road trip through the Canadian Rockies saw us cruising at 80+ mph, executing passes at 110+ (excellent sight lines, very safe passes ), all the while getting 34-37 mpg. We did 692 miles on one tank towards the end of the trip.
