Dustless aftermarket brake pads?

Dustless aftermarket brake pads?
Anyone have any luck yet finding any? I put some EBC's on the TT and Akebono's on the XK8 and solved the problem, especially the Akebono's-zero dust ever. The Q5 dusting is unacceptable-worse I have ever had. Dealer doesn't know of any and I can't find any. He did say the rear pads are same as A4 and A6 but front are unique to the Q5. I do not want to wax and wash the wheels frequently as the dealer suggested.

My guy came back in with 3600 miles today, he does a lot of traveling and he has an excess amount. You can see it on the wheel well as well. I'm used to seeing brake dust but he just washed it 200 miles ago and they were a nice gray already! He'll be in soon for his 5k and I'm trying to figure out what's up.
