Default Economic way to fix this side swipe? Q5 2012

I drove too close to the parking structure. I don’t think there’s any body damage, but definitely paint scrapes and scratches. The damage is on 2 panels- the rear passenger door and the gas cap panel. Anyone know how I can DIY fix it to look better? I definitely don’t need it to be perfect condition and also don’t want to take it back to the dealer or a body shop. Help! Thank you so much.

A random orbit polisher and some mild polishing compound will do wonders for this. Make sure you start with a very mild (fine) polishing compound.
Check out the Griots Garage website.
