Since I live in San Diego, I rarely have cause to use the heated seats. The few times that I have used them, they worked just as I would expect them to, getting quite warm on the high setting.

The same in my 2012, the seatback portion is even weaker. Honestly quite disappointed with lack of warmth. MAybe I will have the dealer give it a look next time
