Default Interior material: what is the dash, doors, arm rest, etc...?

Not sure if this is a dumb question or not, but are the dash, interior of the doors, arm rest, etc... all real leather (like the seats)? Or are they some other material?

I ask b/c I'll be using a leather cleaner on the seats and I'd like to use it on the dash, etc... as well.

The only real leather is on your steering wheel and on the middle of the seating surface.

With the black interior it's hard to tell - check out mine which has the leather bits in a different color:

The side and the back of the seat is not real leather.

Only where your body touch the seat is real leather. Try touching the material between your seat and the center console. I mean wedge your hands in between the seat's side and the center console, its nothing but cloth in there.

I assumed he would be able to tell that the back is hard plastic and the inside of the seats is cloth...

Default Pretty cheap stuff

Frankly, whatever the shifter covering is, belongs more on a Kia. It is one of the chintziest surfaces I have seen in a car. And how about the hollow feeling plastic for the steering column stalks. I don't understand why Audi would use such nice black plastic, aluminum trim, good looking wood, and otherwise pleasant surfaces, yet have such junk on the conspicuous shifter and the oft used stalks.
