Interesting that Audi is putting different rear outside headrests on these cars now. Very curious as to why...

I wonder if it has anything to do with being tied to a specific option? But what? wrcardon's SQ5 is also US-spec and seems to have the same sport seats with the nappa leather package as mine, except I went with the two-tone spec, though my rear headrests are still black. Only difference I can think of is that I also have a prestige trim with the rear window roll-up shades and the driver assist package, but I don't see how either of those options would have an impact on the headrests.

I don't have the optional rear side airbags, which I omitted from my order because we will have an infant in the back. Could that be it?
Same here with my SQ5 - The only compact headrest is the center one.
No rear airbags either.

I'm the same as JaXen: compact only in the center. I don't have the build date but the car (I have difficulty calling it a truck) was Factory Inspected on July 9.

Here are a couple of quick pics

Fantastic color choice. Pics look great -- well, except the one showing your gas mileage. Been having some fun, or should potential SQ5 owners be concerned?

LOL. Yeah, I have been on it a bit. I live in a area with lots of windy roads and have not done much HWY driving yet. Moreover, I have been doing, as the dealer suggested, keeping the RPMs varied and getting on it after the car is warmed up. I also have followed some advice from a friend with a race company who builds cars and have (once warmed) brought the RPM up high and let the engine compression (in S) slow the car down to 1000 RPM to seat the rings on it.

So it is not a real suggestion of MPG. I did a little bit of HWY driving and I was getting 24-26mpg.
