I am in India and I bought the car new. I haven't contact the dealer yet but I will soon. I am just confused if my car already had nav built in or not (is there any way to find it out), if it is then I would only need to update.

Here in the states if u have a big color screen in the middle of your dash, you have the MMI - backup camera - hd - and navigation...
