Pinout of AMI glove box connection?

I hope to never need the bulk of the tools in that big set! I'd invest in a twin fifty caliber machine gun and keep the Audi horde away, rather than do all that.
What I'm trying to do "should" be simple. When there's a BT adapter (Bovee, or the i-Link cheaper that came with the car) plugged into the AMI, the damned thing apparently stays powered up ALL THE TIME, even when the car is in deep sleep. I just don't want a vampire sucking an unknown amount of power all the time, so I'd like to move the power supply from BAT to ACC. Or if Audi is playing it clever (i.e. only supplying BAT power but using the voltage drop resistor to decide when that should be applied) perhaps find a way to fool it, or use a small relay to break the ground connection instead.
I like "OFF" to mean "OFF".
(Finding the I-Link in the delivery folder was nice, but it only works for I-stuff v.4, my AMI wants to "initialize" it forever, so that's useless. Bovee and the other devices all apparently take power constantly.)

Apparently this IS a matter of unpolished aftermarket design. The USB connection (AMI adapter cable) goes dead when the car is shut off. I had a handy USB port voltage tester to confirm that with. And the (possibly not available yet) Cubund adapter would work with just that.
But the other adapters are apparently taking their power from the FBAS or CVBS or whatever other hot leads, which are "intelligently" being controlled in response to kludge wiring.
