My excessive oil consumption was about a quart for every 750 miles or so. 2000 miles with 40% left calculates roughly into 3333 miles which is considered 'normal" per Audi. I believe the digital oil gauge is equal to one quart (but I am not sure on this one). Sounds like you are ok.

My 2013 Hybrid experience--zero oil burn
Mine now has close to 13K miles. I took new delivery at the factory, followed the break in steps per the manual, and eventually saw it all the way up speed wise in Europe post break in, and with lots of Autobahn as well as city and country road type use.
Throughout Europe (including when I checked on drop off day), and then with first oil change back at a US dealer at about 4,500 miles, gauge read 100%. Now at close to 13K miles , still reads 100% since that first dealer oil change. No oil ever added whatsoever.
I also have a manual 2.0T dipstick I stick in occasionally and I get the same full type reading--you have to have the Hybrid engine decorative cover off to stick it in the tube which is hidden up front but underneath.
