I have similar issue with my 2015 Q5 2.0. The funny part is - the wobble happens during winter time and the vehicle runs quite smooth during summer time. The Audi mech at the dealership told me that its the faulty fuel injectors and they have quoted me a whopping $3.5K to replace / fix it.

Bit of an update - changed out coils and plugs, and replaced valve cover gaskets last night. Got a 5 hour drive coming up in a few weeks, I guess we'll see then if its fixed.

I had a similar issue on my 2010 Q5 3.2L that I just got back working a month ago after sitting for 2+ years. Mine wouldn't allow me to accelerate past 3,000 rpms or do any heavy accelerations without the EPC light coming.
I checked everything, but doing the 2 bottles of injector cleaner on half a tank of gas cleared it right up. Car runs great now!
