You need to search the forum, which I just did for you...

The facelight housings are same dimensions, so you can do it. There are some modification to plugs and modules.

Do we also get the corner lights in the headlights housing unlike the pre-facelift which do not have this??

Anyone tried to change the front grill too to look same as facelift or 2017 which is even better???

I am not familiar with the cornering lights other than fog lights and vcds mod to have run on when turning.

That I have tried but it did not make any difference while driving and cornering in the night. I even tried led bulbs with still a disappointing result. Fog lights used as cornering lights did not work for me. Would be nice if one could add a bulb in the corner light housing reflectors if possible.

This is what I meant. Is there a way to add this corner led/side marker light in order to work as corner lights when turning??? Q5s do not have this led installed except North America (Their corner reflector comes with amber colour and under this reflector there is a led, not sure if it it can be retrofitted or how). Does anyone have any installation experience with this side marker? Any procedure available??

My Q5.

North America Side Marker.

I think the solution woul be to change my XENON TO AFS. It is the same housing. Then I will have cornering lights. (very expensive).

It would be cheaper to sell our Q5 and buy the facelift than making our Q5 a facelift clone
