Q5 slow to warm up in cold weather?

Yep. 10-15 minutes tops to get warmed up.
Though I've been in other cars (Japanese rentals) that felt like they got warm faster. Then again, it could be the cloth upholstery playing tricks on me.

Another update.
It was cold today in Minneapolis. -16 F.
Told the wife to keep an eye on the temp gauge on her way home from work.
Took her 20 minutes to drives home and the temp gauge did not reach the midpoint in that time.
Time to give the dealership a call again. I am assuming they will have me leave them the car overnight so they can see for themselves that it truly is not warming up. Now I need to cross my fingers for some upcoming cold days.
If they refuse to actually pull out the thermostat to check it out properly, I may just have to do it myself.
