Replacing Starter on 3.0TDI
Hi everyone, I am both new to Audi and to this forum, I need to replace the starter on my Q5 3.0 TDI, is it easier to come up from underneath or from the top to get to the starter.

From underneath, its tucked down behind the alternator on the bottom of the engine, by the passenger wheel. Had mine replaced by the dealer, looked like a huge pain the ***, from the R&R instructions!
