Small accident - what to do about my rear bumper?

That might be the case in NYC but here in the Boston area, if the holes are small, it's not a big deal. I had roughly the same damage as the OP and the three body shops where I got estimates were happy to repair it as an alternative to replacing the cover. All three quoted about the same $500-$600 price range. Mine was done at a body shop owned by my Audi dealer which specializes in all brands of luxury cars. I even got a tour of their large facility and was impressed by the workmanship.
