I drive my SQ5 hard daily! Living in NorCal driving through canyons is also daily, so I see some extreme conditions pretty often. Braking is one of the top upgrades on my list so......Ive been researching replacing the front pads and rotors with Audi oem S4 Carbon Ceramic brake part (Pads and Rotors) The parts are the same size currently fitted on the SQ5, so is this possible? Ive sourced parts and seems fairly straight forward, has anyone done this? OR Should a complete upgrade kit upgrade be performed?

OEM Carbon Ceramic for S4 ?? It does not exist
I have to disappoint you, the S4 has 345mmx30 discs and the SQ5 has 380mmx36mm discs I don't know who gave you the information that they are the same size

SQ5 has twice bigger brake calipers as the S4





FYI: Ceramic disc for RS5 380mmx38mm costs $ 6000 (one piece) only
