Hi guys

Need a little help. Whenever the engine is running or the ignition is on, the trunk on my Q5 won't open by the handle, or even by the key. The only way to open it is with the switch on the drivers door.

Can anyone help me?

I thought there was a setting in the MMI that locks the rear handle while the ignition is turned on. Maybe turn that off? Sorry I can't be of more help, I'm not near the Q5 at the moment.

I believe that is a setting in MMI. I assume it is a safety precaution - for instance, if you were stopped at red light, someone couldn't open the rear hatch using the handle and steal your possessions.
