Default Turning at interception in S mode

I really like the mapping and shift points of the S mode. However, after turning at an intersection from a complete stop, the transmission refuse to upshift and when it does, it shifts really slowly. I know transmission will try to keep it gear when turning (to prevent disturbing the car) but it keeps it long after the manouver is completed. Like a few thousands more RPM than usual. I have the feeling that I may lift the gas pedal a bit to help it upshift but I'm now wondering if I'm not amplifying the problem.

Do you experience this problem?

After a turn if I want the car to upshift I just let off the throttle some. Yes S mode does hold it a far bit longer after the turn.

Did you also notice it shifts very slowly? Like an automatic of the 80's

Unfortunately, I never have the left hand near the upshift paddle in everyday driving. When there are people with me in the car (I find this behaviour very embarrassing), I will sometime switch to D to force the upshift.

Why not use the right hand instead since it's the right paddle that's used for upshifting?

Because I'm more comfortable driving using my left hand. :-)

I cannot say it does, the time in between shifts are fine. even when stone cold they are pretty quick. I rarely drive around with S mode on though. I am afraid to get used to it and become bored faster with the car then I am.
