In July I bought a 2016 Q5 w/18" original wheels. Wanted 20". Found 20" wheels & tires for sale as takeoffs from a 2018 Q5. Fit is perfect w/ 255/45/20. Ride not really affected. NO mods of any kind necessary. Looks good. Not a flashy wheel but way better than oem 18's. Just bolt on.

Honestly if I could do it again I'd probably go for 20's. I think it'd look even better since the tires and wheel wells on this car are huge. But then again those rims would cost more as well as the tires. I just say get as big as your wallet allows lol.

A 9.5 ET 23 would be best.
Good call. That's exactly what I got: 12.5mm spacers.

So looking at these two from Hartmann.
Both 9” one et25 one et29. The HRS 6’s are over $100 less ea.
I have the Cuvée silver metallic - not sure Which which would go better - anthracite or the standard brushed silver version...

If you go to 20" wheels and live in a place where there are potholes, you should plan on buying new tires and rims on a regular basis. Those low profile tires look nice but they are not made for those of us who live in colder climates. I know many people who bought Audi's with low profile tires and luckily had the wheel and tire package. Two people have had to replace tires and wheels 3 times in 2 years.

yeah - I’m in New Jersey and in March/April after the thaw, it’s like driving on the moon with all the potholes.
had 20’s on a 535i that didn’t last long.
Just thinking tho that there won’t be much of a difference between the stock 18’s and new 19’s
othet than rim style...
