Default Well looks like I will finally get my bigger rotors

When I did my upgrade to Posi pads and cross drilled rotors Stoptech did not have the cross drilled rotors in the bigger size 345x30mm. I had already ordered the brackets so I went with the OEM size and was stuck with the brackets . I had the brakets and was going to sell them but then tried again to order the bigger rotors and was able to get the Stoptech rears from Zeckhausen. Then I saw that ECS has crossed drilled fronts in the size I needed and ordered them.

The first install was done by SCR in Loveland but this install I will do myself. I'll post pics when I get the parts

*polite golf clap*.

Reggie now that you mention it, the stockers do look teensy-weensy. Congratulations and good move, can't wait to see pics.

Edit: Any chance you can move those smaller cross-drilled to the rear?

ECS released this kit shortly after I swapped out my front pads/rotors.
I might buy the carriers along with some OEM 345x30 for the Q's next front brake job. The cross drilled/slotted brakes that they offer will cause more problems then benefits.

Good news for those getting the new 13' 3.0Ts. They will come with larger 13.58" front discs and 12.99" rear discs. Rear discs are now vented too vs the pre 2012 12.60" front discs and 11.81" solid rear disc.

I've had cross drilled rotors on the 98' A4 (with the A8 rotors and TT caliper brackets) for ten years with no issues. I have OEM cross drilled on the RS4 and have no issues.
