2018 Q5 - free play in driver side window. Is this normal?

2018 Q5 - wiggle in driver side window. Is this normal?
Driver side window has excessive wiggle and makes a lot of squeaks/creaks when pressed on the window. Passenger side window has almost no free play in comparison. Please check videos and let me know what the issue maybe?
I can hear loud squeaks/creaks when going over a bump from driver side door and sometimes car makes weird noise when window is going down.

Just dropped car off at the dealer. Was told that wiggle in the driver side window can he tightened and addressed. Will report back later as can should be ready for pick up this afternoon.
