After driving a 2016 S3 for 3 years, I just turned in my lease for a 2019 SQ5 - best decision I could've made. It's an incredible car.

That said, my S3 was fully loaded (i.e. B&O sound system, navigation, ambient lighting, etc), and in order for me to afford the SQ5, I had to find a bare-bone model. No B&O sound system, and I'm completely blown away that the Navigation toggle (near telephone, radio, media) simply doesn't work. This $57K Audi doesn't include Navigation... I have to use Apple Carplay. Admittedly, I rarely used my navigation in my S3 because it didn't seem to work as well as apple/google maps or Waze, but this is annoying for such an expensive car.. That, and the standard sound system doesn't hold a candle to the B&O system (which I knew going into it). It has okay mid-range/highs, but like forums read, horrible bass.

My two questions:

1. Is there any upgrade that would allow me to enable navigation? I know in some older cars there'd actually be a CD or disc that would upload the maps.
2. I haven't found a forum with speaks about how to upgrade Q5/SQ5. I've read one or two that mention it can be tricky because of the digital signal, but I'm curious if anyone has suggestions for upgrading audio? In a perfect world, I'd like to get a discrete sub-box (or even just upgrade the current sub, and add amp). I wish we could just buy an aftermarket B&O system, and install it, but because there's 9 additional speakers, that's obviously not doable.
