If you go to Youtube and plug in 2020 SQ5, you'll find a German 38 minute review of the new car. From what I can tell, there seems to be no changes.

Don't buy
The cars are good I am owner of three Audi Q5 and when you have a problem and try to get help for Audi AudiTalk - customers service you will find out yourself
how poor and unprofessional they are.
