new SQ5 Prestige. Less than one week old. Listening to podcast by BT, navigating to store by car GPS. Turn corner. Main screen goes black. Audio is just a buzz. Not audio directions and no podcast. While driving, switching from Nav is non responsive. Screen still black. Stop at light. Turn car off and restart. Message that navigation is re-initializing. Map comes back on. Set Nav to same favorites location. Trip completes successfully. Hasn’t happened two days since. Dealer, in Minneapolis, will bring loaner to me next week so they can look it over. Anyone had similar?

I occasionally get glitching in the first couple of weeks of a new TV, computer, etc. It happens. Did you reset your MMI? I would probably do that if I were you. Hopefully, this is just a fluke and no big deal.
