Any way to have memory seat button work completely when door is shut?
When door is open the button causes the positioning to go through the complete cycle.
However, when door is closed, you have to hold the button down or the seat will stop moving.

I do not know of any way to change that. I believe it is a safety thing that prevents the car from placing the seat into a position that you cannot drive from while a person is in it (crushed against the steering wheel).

I have not found a way for when the door is fully shut. so far what I am doing is when I exit the car. I open the door and press 2. (this is my extended position). when I enter the door, I press 1 and get in and close the door. the seat will keep moving to complete the cycle.
1 is my preferred driving position. 2 is just same position pushed back further.
not sure if anyone has played with any over ride programming here, but I suspect it's safety feature. (cause the only way I have moved it, is I need to keep holding on the button when the door is closed)
