At the top right side of this page where it says "threads", if you type in "mud flaps q5" and click on, it will bring you to a page with lots of links. Go down the right side and you'll find a few threads dedicated to the mk ll. It seems as if there is some confusion about the availability of MF's for the q/sq5 where the dealers say they are not available, but people do have them.....
Good luck

2017 no (different generation), 2018, I'm 99% sure they are the same body so they should fit.
I'm continuously baffled how Audi has NO CLUE what parts fits their vehicles. Their is another thread about the mesh cargo net and Audi USA has no part number. My Canadian spec unit came with an OEM net, so I'm baffled by the US dealers don't' have this PN. Audfi makes a great vehicle, but all their technical writers should be fired.

I bought mine from audionlineparts.com/mud-flaps/2018-audi-sq5 . There is conflicting info, but I can tell you they literally fit like a glove, and not the infamous glove from the OJ Simpson trial.... You do have to grind/cut a 1"x2" strip on the black plastic rear fender liner. The splash guard covers it up. The instructions don't specify if you are installing them on a Q5 sline or SQ5 so I assume you would have to make the same notch with either model.

They are a minor PITA to install as you have to do a little drilling, cutting and trimming. I just did mine yesterday. Took about two hours once I rounded up all the tools scattered around the garage. Be aware you will have to take off the wheels and possibly have to use a right angle drill on a couple of the holes in the front if you want to drill straight in. The directions are in pictorial form which in spots leaves out some detail. In particular on the rears required notch requires you to cut through two levels. I had a body saw but really a Dremel tool would be better as it is hard to maneuver a body saw in such a small space. You could also use a die grinder with a small bit. Part of the two hours was trying to find the alignment tool, which was buried inside the tool kit, to reinstall the wheels.
Without this it is a really hard to get the wheels on as is the case with any car that doesn't use wheel studs.Seems to me using wheel bolts and the plastic cover caps makes it almost a certainty you will have a lot of trouble if you ever have to change a wheel out on the road.
