Q5 battery voltage at rest

Q5 battery voltage at rest

My new 21 Q5 shows 11.88v at rest(used multimeter and obdeleven) I even used a trinkle charger to fully charged. But after that it shows 11.88v. Shouldn't it be more than 12V at least?
