I currently have a Q5 reserved through Silvercar and am wondering about suitcase capacity. There will be 5 of us (2 adults, 3 kids) and probably 3 full size suitcases. Will 3 full size suitcases fit with the back seat up? My nearest Audi dealer is about 100 miles away so I can't easily check for myself.

I’ve put In more than three suitcases. But to be sure if you post the dimensions of your cases I would be happy to measure for you.

Thank you. They are 30" tall, 19" wide & 12" deep.

You should be fine. We have Rimowas which are a slightly smaller than this, so I measured.

3 large duffel bags, 2 large backpacks, Mavic Pro Drone travel case, 3 pairs of boots, 3 jackets, plus emergency kit in a tote the size of a carryon bag fit in the back of our SQ for last weekend's drive. I think you will be fine!
