I'm currently having to run down 2 times a day to charge it and move the car. first world problems.
Yikes, that has to suck.

Are there any 3rd party suppliers for key fobs that a dealer can program?

Can't think of any dealer that would touch a third party key. We wouldn't.

IF these fobs were available, how much would you dealership charge to buy and program an extra fob?

A few years ago I had bought new VW key fob for about $150 and dealer charged $200 to program new key an original key I had to my vehicle
Probably more than that now

varies by model, and I'm not on the service side of the equation

In 2019 I ordered two fobs with the cut blade for my 2018 Q5 (I recall key style is the same for 21+), after programming I was in almost $1300. Each fob transponder is ~400, cut insert ~150, programming ~200. Even pre-chip shortage these keys took forever to come to the parts dept, they literally must get them from Germany.

At this point, Audi should be crediting new vehicle buyers the retail cost of the 2nd fob. When fobs are available, owners can buy a 2nd FOB if they want one.

That is inline with the $600 per fob that I read in some of these threads that others have paid.
If they ever pass the "Right to Repair" law, this will change, but the way the federal government is working these days, they can't agree a lunch order
