Years ago I damaged a Lincoln wheel and was able to get one at the auto junkyard (Oh it's 2022, the Auto recycle yard) They had quite a few there. So if your on a budget, you may want to look there.

I saved a bundle. 1000 including shipping is a real good deal for 4 of these baby's, but like you said, be aware.

I like the 21" OE Avius wheel but they are just not wide enough, only 8.5".
If you're set on an OE-style wheel you can always try Hartmann or Alzor - they make replica OEM wheels for VW and Audi.

I've got a brand new set of the 20" 5VSpoke Star wheels that came with the Black Optic package on my '22 SQ5. (80A 601 025 BP - pic on my other post here) Plan on putting them up for sale locally but haven't yet. $3,600 for the wheels & AS tires now, or $2,700 for the wheels after 7/9. I'm curious about the weight.
And for your original question, no, there's no consolidated source for OEM wheels. You've got to poke around all the forums, ebay, ebay.de, search by wheel specs i.e. 8x20 ET39, etc.

If you are wanting information on OEM wheels for the FY Q5/SQ5, then try this site - https://www.original-felgen.com/audi/q5/fy/
It will give you all the model data and part numbers (including centre caps) for each wheel with Euro pricing. If anything it is helpful information to do your research with.

For my BMW I bought Replika branded knock offs. They look OEM, and I just needed to pop in BMW center caps (they just snap in) so they looked 100% OEM. I've ran then for 6 winters now, and they still look like new.
My 2-cents is don't get the 21" rims. Tires are INSANELY expensive in this size. Our summers are reaching EOL, and replacements are ~$550 per tire which is insane. 20" were a lot cheaper.
We bought the Audi 19" winter rim/tire package when the car was new for $2800 CAD / $2200 USD (for reference).

Do you always buy/sell for 100% asking price? I don't, and especially not with wheels.
The lowest price I can find for a new set of 5V wheels is $4k. $2,700 offers meaningful savings, covers what I paid to "downgrade" to the Vox, and is a reasonable starting point. I prefer firm pricing, but based on experience I know I'll have better luck allowing someone to "negotiate me down" to $2,200. Below that, I'll just keep them as my winter set.
