are there online stores that sell convex replacement exteriors for the Q5? I bought my Q5 a few months ago but never found any place in the US that sold them.
on my previous car, a Mercedes, I ordered a pair of European exterior mirrors that had convex outer edges... they made lane-changing much easier.

europrice has it, not cheap, but you can get it from them. Or buy used mirror glass from ebay, but good luck on finding one that is willing to ship to US. I love that you can get those mirror from Mercedes directly from the dealer, just a special order item, cant do that with audi.

These are the flat until the outer edge aspherical mirrors that you are mentioning. The auto-dimming work with cars that have that system, which is most newer models, though it is reasonably more expensive because of that ability to dim. Cars that do have auto-dimming can fit standard mirror glasses without an errors or issues but you do lose the dimming feature.

Those are expensive! I wonder what Audi dealers in Europe charge for those.(the ones that come on Audi over there)
