Default Deleting Previous Known Bluetooth Devices

Can anyone help me delete known blue tooth devices from my 2015 Audi Q7? I have tried deleting all Bluetooth devices but these are still listed. When I add my phone it wanted me to update contacts on one of the other phones.

I went though this too, it seems to keep the phone book, I just reset the entire system and that worked.

I figured it out. I just did a factory reset for the Bluetooth. Thanks for pointing me in the right direction.
