Geka Delta 4 2017 Model
Opened Delta 4 GEKA

Hi, I own a 2017 Audi Q7 and I had just realised that on the door of the boot/trunk there is a rectangle compartment that has a **** you turn to open it and inside is a red box that says Delta 4 on it made by a company called GEKA and I was wondering if anyone knew what it was. I can't find anything in the manual or on Google regarding it.
Anyone have any ideas?
