Just returned from the shops and noted that the Emissions light had come on(solid not flashing).
Heard a chattering from the engine bay and looked in to find the source was on the air intake ( Seimens VDO unit on the right hand side of the engine.

Unit chatters once the ignition key is inserted, car starts fine and runs ok ?.

Any Ideas of cause and or cost to repair.

Throttle valve body is faulty and requires replacing....Cost £450.00

Pretty sure that requires VCDS to set up as well.
