will a set of "ebay" wheel works?
as u guys all know...
a set of OEM 21'' wheel is both very hard to find and cost a fortune
just wondering if a set of ebay sold s-line style 21'' wheel works?
any extra works or mods required for mounting a 21''??

If they are the correct offset and bore you will not have any issues.
The bore is crucial as using centering rings almots always results in wheel wobble, which is worse on larger wheels.
