2012 Q7 Third Row Vents- Airflow??

2012 Q7 Third Row Vents- Airflow??
How do you get air to flow out of the 3rd row vents? Seems like it should be obvious, but I've heard conflicting info. One salesman said that the only way to get any flow was to buy the Warm Weather Package; another said that the WWP was just for temp control, and that you can get flow without WWP (but then couldn't figure it out). I've fiddled with it, but can't make it work. Why would there be vents if you can't get air to come out?
