Default Anyone want to swap their license bracket for trim?

My 2013 Q7 Prestige w/ ACC has the front trim instead of a license plate bracket in the grill. My state requires a front mount license plate.

Anyone have a compatible vehicle with the front license plate bracket who doesn't need it and wants to trade?

Thank you - Chris

I have a 2007 Q7 with the front license plate trim piece - I'll gladly swap with you?

Disappointingly, it looks like the 2007 part won't swap with mine since I have the adaptive cruise control.

I did a quick search on ebay...and there are license plate pieces out there, but none seem to have the holes for the adaptive cruise control. I'll keep looking and if I find something I'll let you know.

Thank you. I did find just one on ebay, but it is all banged up.

AAC is built into the panel, there's not holes but should be a plug.. here's some good photos of the piece:

I require front plates also, but for $400 I can eat alot of tickets.. was $70 when I last got one on the RS6, as long as I dont park downtown on the street I'm not expecting too much trouble..

I have one from a 2011 gloss but no ACC, so if it get's freezing it won't function properly.

I'm wondering if anyone might still be interested in this. I did not end up with a trade yet, and I've been putting it off a bit. It is time to get my front plate on if I can.

Thank you! Chris
