Same Engine basically, but each chassis has unique exhaust setups.. Would very much doubt headers for S4 would drop into a Q7, not w/out serious modifications at least.

Q5 is far closer to a A4/5/6/7/8 series than it is the Q7..
This is the Q5 platform: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Volksw...B-based_models
This is the Q7 platform: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Volksw...tform_vehicles
lol just do your self a favor forgetta bout that AliExpress garbage, besides its not like headers are even remotely worthwhile on a boosted vehicle.. when your forcing air through an engine the gains are miniscule compared to a naturally aspirated engine.

I hear what tour saying I was going to re tig them all up port them and ceramic coat them I also am doing pulleys tune and full exhaust so I thought headers would be a good idea to get the cats outta there

Try finding photos of the OEM Headers on the Q7 and andy of the MLB Platform vehicles and see how similar they look, if its really close you could probably make it work w/a custom exhaust.
Good start would be figuring out what the part numbers are for OEM and then searching like ebay/salvage ads for used photos that are not drawings or something.
