This is kind of ridiculous...but I NEED my coffee for my ride in the AM. My current thermoses/to go mugs are way to big to fit the cup holders in my 2019 Q7. It looks like the circumference of the holders is 2.5 inches. Any suggestions?

I'd suggest that you may wish to perform a Google search including the desired container circumference/size------or drink your coffee before you hop in your ride.

I appreciate the quick reply and common sense approach but the search results throw any old travel mug at me. It seems manufacturers don’t market these things based on circumference. Lol! I was hoping someone might have first hand experience with a to go mug that fits the bill.

My big insulated water bottles fit in the door cup holder.

I have a 16oz Zojirushi that fits the Mk1 Q7's cup holders just fine. It's got a sealed flip-top lid that can lock shut. I don't use it for coffee (don't drink it), but I've used it for both hot and cold drinks (keeps them that way for hours).
